The bouquet that my mother in law received looks nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I understand if they don’t have the exact things the substitute them for the same value, this was not of the same value. I paid a rush fee to get there before noon and she didn’t receive them until after 2pm. I don’t think the bouquet she received was worth the $80 invoice.

I am super disappointed with the quality of sad looking roses my mom received for Mother’s Day / Birthday. After 24 hours the roses were already wilting. My mom called to tell you about the flowers and you basically dismissed her because it was a 3rd party purchase. Your business name is still on the flowers no matter how they were purchased and the fact you wouldn’t even consider doing anything unless my mom drove them to you to examine is disappointing. I have suggested to the 3rd party company to avoid using your business in the future.

I have never left a review before, but to save someone else because this world is crazy expensive - my husband ordered me a $70 cat friendly flower arrangement. What showed up to my house was lilly's and carnations, nothing even remotely similar to what he ordered. He eventually got ahold of someone and they admitted those were not pet friendly flowers and to set them outside and someone would be right over to exchange them for the "correct ones". What shows up 2 hours later? More lilly's and wilted flowers on their last day of life. Please save your money and go anywhere else for flowers.

My son from out of the country, ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day, which I understand could not be delivered till Monday. However, I was not home when they were delivered. The day was 95°. The vase was tipped over no water in it and my flowers are dead My phone number was on the envelope so they could’ve called and let me know they had them. I could’ve picked them up But really. Yes, the substitute arrangement was delivered. I understand that you have to use what you have at the time, so it wasnt the same flowers. Thank you for the substitution. Not increasing my stars, as I’m not going into the treatment by the owner asking me to update my review.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered an extra large, $80 bouquet with delivery, to my daughters new job through 1800Flowers. This is what I ordered and this is what was delivered. Not only were there nowhere near the amount of flowers I paid for (there were only 2 roses), the flowers were bruised, wilted, half dead and missing petals. If this were my company, this kind of bouquet would never have left the door! This is pathetic! If you live in Rapid City, SD I would suggest choosing another florist. Fortunately, 1800Flowers issued me a refund with no problem. A gift meant to bring joy to my daughters heart, brought disappointment and frustration for me instead.
